      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 1) NEVER ADD FOOD TO YOUR TEPPANYAKI PLATE UNTIL IT IS HOT.</image:title>
      <image:caption>Adding food to a not-hot-enough piece of stainless steel cookware will cause the food to stick. To find the correct temperature to cook at on your specific stovetop or barbecue: 1) Heat teppanyaki plate up for 10 minutes. 2) Add a droplet of room-temperature water onto the hot surface 3) The droplet should steam and dance across the surface, and means that your surface is ready to cook on. (This is known as the Leidenfrost effect). 4) If the water doesn't evaporate instantly, then your surface is not hot enough. If the water droplet beads and crystallises, then the surface is too hot. You can record how hot you have your burners for future ease-of-use.</image:caption>

      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 3) SCRUB OFF FINE RESIDUE</image:title>
      <image:caption>Make sure that you only scrub in the direction of the grain! Pour a small amount of hot water onto the surface, and scrub while the water evaporates. Teppi don't recommend using cold water as the sudden cooling can warp the stainless steel. Repeat as necessary.</image:caption>

      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 5) DRY WIPE</image:title>
      <image:caption>Wipe over the surface again with a dry cloth to soak up any liquids still on the teppanyaki plate.</image:caption>
    </image:image>

      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 4) WET WIPE</image:title>
      <image:caption>Wipe over the surface using a wet disposable cloth or paper towel. The water will evaporate away the remaining residue. Ensure that the cloth remains wet at all times. Repeat as necessary.</image:caption>
    </image:image>
    <image:image>
      <image:loc>https://static1.squarespace.com/static/55b59652e4b06fa97343ead2/t/5a0179e341920244caf9e323/1511071459828/_DSC9923.jpg</image:loc>
      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 3) FOOD WILL RELEASE WHEN IT IS READY.</image:title>
      <image:caption>Fresh produce like meats will naturally stick when cooking. Be patient and don't try to turn meat too early. When cooking, the raw meat fibres heat up, contract and grip onto the stainless steel, causing stick. As the meat surface sears, the fibres relax and release, allowing easy flipping.</image:caption>

      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 2) SCRAPE OFF LARGE SCRAPS</image:title>
      <image:caption>Make sure that you only scrape in the direction of the grain! Use a plastic or aluminium scraper to dislodge any large bits and pieces of food and pull them into the trough. Teppi do not recommend using stainless steel tools on the teppanyaki plate, as they could scratch the surface.</image:caption>
    </image:image>

      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 2) ONLY ADD OIL WHERE NEEDED.</image:title>
      <image:caption>If possible, brush the produce you are cooking with oil prior to being added to your teppanyaki plate, to prevent it smoking and burning. If brushing is not an option, add oil immediately before the produce, and only in the areas where needed. Do not use too much oil or cover the entire plate with oil when not necessary.</image:caption>

      <image:title>copy Tips + Tricks - 1) GET THE PLATE HOT</image:title>
